Customers will be responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees charged by the destination country prior to placing the order. PARAFINA shall not be liable for any duties, taxes or customs fees under any circumstances.
PARAFINA reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be liable for any refund if the package arrives in the customer's country and the customer refuses to accept the package and/or it is not possible to make the delivery at the details indicated.
To request an exchange or return, you have a period of 30 calendar days from when you received your order. Once Parafina accepts the request, the customer can proceed with the shipment. The shipping address of our warehouse is: Calle de Canillas, 2, Local, 28002, Madrid-Spain. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, with the shipping method they choose. The package must arrive complete and in good condition. The tracking number of the shipment must be indicated when requesting the return in the notes section. Once the package has been received and checked that everything is correct, we will proceed to refund the import of the products (shipping costs are not refunded).
If the action required is the exchange of the product, you must indicate in notes the model of glasses for which you are exchanging it and the tracking number of the shipment. The first exchange is free. If the product for which you are exchanging is of a different import, the difference will be charged by the payment method chosen by the customer.
At PARAFINA we have a Recycling Service. Send your glasses to our warehouse: Calle de Canillas, 2, Local, 28002, Madrid-Spain, and we will recycle them. Please notify us of the action and provide the tracking number to aloha@parafina.eco. Once the package has been received, the customer will receive a 30% discount on their next purchase.
