PARAFINA is not responsible for any destination country taxes and/or duties that may be incurred. Customers will be responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees charged by the destination country prior to placing the order. PARAFINA shall not be liable for any duties, taxes or customs fees under any circumstances.

PARAFINA reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be liable for any refund if the package arrives in the customer's country and the customer refuses to accept the package and/or it is not possible to make the delivery at the details indicated.

Returns and exchanges
To make your exchange or return, you have a period of 30 working days from receipt of your order. Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer, with the shipping method you choose. The package must arrive complete and in good condition. The package must include the order number in a visible place. The shipping address of our warehouse is: Calle de Canillas, 2, Local, 28002, Madrid-Spain. Once the package is received, we will proceed to refund the amount of the products and the initial shipping. If the action required is the change of product, you must indicate on the package, next to the order number, the new product you are requesting, which will be sent once the package arrives at our warehouse.
