exchanges and returns
To make your exchange or return, you have a period of 30 working days since you received your order. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer, with the shipping method of your choice. The package must arrive complete and in good condition. The package must include the order number in a visible place. The shipping address of our warehouse is: Calle de Canillas, 2, Local, 28002, Madrid-Spain. Once the package is received, we will proceed to refund the amount of the products and the initial shipping cost. If the required action is to change the product, the new product requested must be indicated on the package, together with the order number, which will be sent once the package arrives at our warehouse.
